You've had to plug holes everywhere through injury as you touched on, but Hogan's the one that is a real challenge for you.

Do you have to change, like as a coach, do you have to adopt a different method when you lose that type of player, that type of target in your forward 50 or do you just, do you double down?
It's sometimes difficult when you talk to a senior coach because you're head down, you're buried in what the Giants are doing and it's such an arduous task.

When one person leaves and one comes in, your culture naturally shifts.
