but I mean do you notice it the next day that you're more limber or you have more range of motion you really do and then I do I tend to do a stretching session afterwards you know for a short period of time and I just I compare it before and after but I usually go home and take a hot bath or sauna right afterwards and get some electrolytes and I'm gonna get you on the hydrogen tablets
