No, I didn't drink at all.

used to go out and drink milk.

My friends would laugh at me.

I would, I'd drink water or milk.

I didn't drink alcohol.

I stayed away from it completely because I was training.

I wasn't interested in, all my friends were smoking dope and getting stoned and drinking alcohol and going to the pub and all these things.

I just wasn't interested in that.

I think I'd been exposed to so much of it.

And I decided that I wanted to be fit and healthy.

And

And I stuck to the boxing and it kept me right away from drinking.

You spent the next couple of years working as a firey and with the Army Reserve.

And then what took you to Sydney?

By the age of 20, I had significant skill sets, military, fire brigade, first aid, live rescue.

I was a photographer.

I had a lot of skill sets for a young man.

and it was actually my great-uncle, Ray Stubbs, who was a private investigator with a company called Webster's Investigations down in Sydney.

He actually said to me one day, why don't you think about becoming a private investigator?

And I said, oh, gee, Uncle Ray, that'd be amazing.
