I haven't really considered it, but I take NMN and NAD+.

I couldn't tell you what each supplement has done specifically for me, but I can tell you that when I added all these different things to my supplement protocol, my life improved dramatically.

It was in nature magazine just in the last year, vitamin D plus fish oil plus exercise.
