We make in retail pretty small on beer and wine.
So we just have it as a compliment to the goods.

So cheese, most of the things hover around that 50% margin for us.
Oh, so for retail, I don't know with our labor right now.
probably then, I don't know.
Yeah, ideal then would be like 20 cents in retail.
20% net origin.
Yeah, because the other part of our business we didn't get to is wholesale, so we sell to around 200 restaurants and chefs in central Texas.

Wholesale was almost half of that.
