So that's where people come in every day asking, oh, but which cheese do you make?
Our goal, we really came, we had to think about that decision.
And for us, it was that lifestyle of wanting to pick up and travel.
And cheesemakers work really hard for what they do.
They can't leave the farm if they're farmstead producers, which means they have their own animals.
So they get up every morning, and their animals are waiting in the barn at 6 AM to be milked, and they're waiting there at 5 PM every day.
And you don't want to go on vacation and all of a sudden have somebody else come milk your animals.
I mean, you don't want other people touching the girls.
That's awkward.
That's really awkward.
I know.
Well, hey, when I just had my newborn and I was breastfeeding.
I don't want to know.
I had a whole new appreciation for dairy animals.
Like I would walk in and they would be pumping the animals and I would be like, oh yeah, it's time.
Oh yeah.
So the point being that you, you have to respect that animal and you can't leave them be though.
So it was like, I used to show sheep when I was growing up.
I'm trying to paint this picture for you.
But I used to show sheep when I was growing up and my parents made me do it as a business model.
