It just seems like that's not really being considered.

The the cohesion and the and the chemistry within team hasn't really been c considered.

And I think that's where my biggest concern is, especially when the sporting director is going to be off in a week.

Yeah, I think the makeup of a squad is built from sort of uh like different different groups excuse me of players.

So, you know, your superstars like Mo Salah, um, and then, you know, they're they're at the very top because they sort of win you matches.

Virgil van Dyck and Allison don't concede many goals when we win the title, and that's how we win the title.

So, you know, they're at the very sort of tippy top and they've got the individual quality.

Um and then you've got these sort

sort of structural players who help facilitate the system and and and for me this is this is where we're lacking currently as a squad.

We don't really have these players who make things tick.

You know, when Adam's revered it wasn't necessarily like scoring loads of goals and just like unbelievable.

It was just a structural player who really, really helped us tick.

Um and there's loads of value in that.

Jordan Henderson is in the same uh like Adam's just been talking about.

But you know, th the other the other sort of group is like the players that that glue things together and they might you be your older heads like Milner and and Henderson in terms of understanding the club's culture and the values of the city and

Um helping drum that into people.

Um and then beyond that you've sort of got the young prospects like Rio.

And I think that most teams are made up from those different groups.

And I think that you're right in that the higher ups or the suits or whatever you want to call them have gone at this at a really analytical sort of standpoint and not really taken that into account.
