And how much does that cost?
So planners believe it's a terrible, terrible thing to do.
It's bad for the environment and it's bad for services.
But people in rural Ireland...
I won't say they see it as a right, but if you live in rural Ireland, you want your fields, you want your garden, big garden for the kids to play in.
And it's a bone of contention.
And the rules are applied differently all over the country is part of the problem here.
And the government wants to streamline it and make it easier to bring back one-off houses.
They won't get the Greens into a coalition if they can run with this one at the next election.
Yeah, and look, it's been a really big fall actually in April, down 25%.
Now that might be linked to war in Iran, who knows.
But year on year, for the whole year so far, it's down 5% and student visas are down 8%.
