But it's, yeah, it's just becoming so common.

Yeah, it's, look, another housing plan.

Let's start there.

But basically, the government are looking at... And look, this one-off housing thing in rural Ireland, it's a huge topic.

The idea that I have a field...

And I want to build a house in it.

And then I have to get the services, my phone, my electricity, my broadband, all brought out to my house.

And how much does that cost?

So planners believe it's a terrible, terrible thing to do.

It's bad for the environment and it's bad for services.

But people in rural Ireland...

I won't say they see it as a right, but if you live in rural Ireland, you want your fields, you want your garden, big garden for the kids to play in.

And it's a bone of contention.

And the rules are applied differently all over the country is part of the problem here.

And the government wants to streamline it and make it easier to bring back one-off houses.

They won't get the Greens into a coalition if they can run with this one at the next election.
