with 70 pounds, and then I do clean press, three sets of 10 with each arm, clean press, and then I do three sets of windmills with each arm, and then I do three sets of renegade rows.

You know, renegade rows where you're doing a pushup on the kettlebell, so you got the kettlebells, two on the ground, same distance apart as your shoulders, and you do a pushup, and then in the locked pushup position, you do a row with one side, boom.
