Because the resources aren't quite there.
Like obviously Amazon has resources in the coffers there so they can do all kinds of things to make that happen.
But there's two sides to it there where it's like, okay, yes, it's pushed us to be much better at operations, which I think is very important.
It's put the spotlight
on fulfillment logistics as actually a very valuable asset and a competitive advantage for a lot of companies.
But it is also in some cases, the ultra speed is a little bit maybe uncalled for.
Absolutely.
And I think that's such a great point.
And to add to that, if you're thinking about doing these things yourself and you're not someone that has the operations background, you got to find somebody that knows that stuff to help you out.
Because if your strong suit is the sales and marketing and understanding the operations and how it needs to flow and the setup is something you definitely need some expertise in-house, whether it's
consultant or you know somebody you hire you need the knowledge to be there or else like there's going to be a lot of learnings and the learnings are going to come from a lot of missteps failures and probably cost too as well associated with that i'll say nothing is free in life most of the time learning is the most expensive one i'm sure yeah yeah
