And that's where you need the alignment that they talk about, right?

How do I make sure I'm getting, I'm not making exceptions to our rules within my locker room or within the way I dole up playing time while at the same time not handicapping your ability to help us
move this player on and get this player who's not pulling on the rope out of this locker room.
And having conflicting interests, coaches that need to win because they're worried about their job next year, because that's been how they were judged in this organization for years, try and get into the playoffs.
and general managers and presidents who are trying to do different, like everybody's on the same page here.
We've heard the same message from top to bottom.
And will there come points down the road where some of those things might conflict a little bit?
But right now they're all preaching from the same book about patience and the fact there's going to be some losing.
Nobody's come out and given the Mike Babcock.
But it's pretty clear that they're willing to live with that pain.
And as long as everyone's on the same page of how you deal with the players within that, good and bad, then I think you have a better chance of navigating some of those difficult moments that will inevitably arise.
Well, I mean, when we talk about experience, and I understand the question, I understand why the question was asked, and it probably will be a factor.
