You need to treat each one as an individual, as a person.

And I think we got glimpses of that without too many details on his conversation with Elias Pettersson, which he talked a little bit about that today, Ryan Johnson did.

You want everybody to buy into the collective, the same things in terms of what you do as a team.

but I think it's really hard to get that without understanding that each person as a unique individual brings different experiences, personality, mindset, experiences, like everything that they bring is unique to them.

We're just all different people.

And so the ability to sort of get buy in from the group while still treating people as individuals like that, that's, that's a skill.

That's part of being a great coach.

And I think,

that when you listen to, we'll see what Manny says on Thursday about how you do that.

Um, but that's going to be the challenge.

I think it's, I think it's really hard to compare one to the other.

I don't know that you come in and like, there are going to be standards clearly.

Ryan Johnson said it several times here, um, that there, that are going to be universal my way or the highway, but how you get the individuals in that room to buy into that and the importance of it

I think requires a different approach with each guy, if that makes sense.

So you can still have the absolutes of this is how we do it, but the way you approach each guy to make sure that they understand why this helps them and the collective, that's part of the process.

Exactly.

And it, like,

Those situations will, like I said, finding out who's willing to pull on the rope and who's not is one thing.

Then being able to move out the ones that aren't, like it's not always an easy thing.

There are clauses and no trades and there's a bunch of different, and value, right?
