Every night, starting at 9.30 or 10, I flip my phone over so I can't see it light up, and I don't touch it until the morning.

I have a landline.

If there's an emergency that my family knows my landline, they know to call me, and it's just a universal note.

9.30 or 10 p.m., I'm not on my phone, and I turn it over.

I don't touch it.

And if I did, I would be up until four in the morning doing something ridiculous, just scrolling mindlessly.

So you just, luck of the draw, you don't know what room you're going into.

And you, I think you push like play and it randomly just stops on someone.

And then that person you could have a conversation with.

Sometimes they're naked.

Sometimes they're not.

If you're like gross, you're sick, you just click and you go to the very next video.

And it just takes you into different videos with people.

I just sparked my memory in chat roulette.
