Um, yeah, I was, I was very awesome time, like pretty cool, um, period to get a couple of years with Robbie Deans.

Um, as a coach, he was someone who could just kind of bring out the best in you.

So he brought me into the strategy group quite early on.

Um, were you always a thinker of the game?

Um,

but as you can probably tell I still didn't say boo you know I remember I was I think Thorny talked to me he's like when he came back and I was in a leaders meeting quite early on too and I said nothing he's like he said to me

You're there, you do the talking and all these other guys.

But yeah, so I was a thinker of the game, definitely.

And people, coaches saw potential as a leader in me somewhere.

Yeah.

which I didn't really know or feel like I had in me.

But yeah, definitely there's potential there.

I definitely wanted to be the best I could be.
