I felt really calm and the whole team was in a pretty good space and we just knew it was just, you've got to find a way.
It's presented itself into this mode and sometimes games are like that where you've got to go, okay, it's a grind.

So for me, it was like, well, we go and win world cups and that's what we do.
Yeah, relief for the enormity of what the occasion was, but also just really proud and excited.
It was obviously a dream come true to win a World Cup at home.
If you're dreaming about winning a World Cup and you can do it at Eden Park in front of your home fans, man, that's pretty special.
totally different yeah like a team that had just absolutely progressed over that time into the kind of juggernaut it was like we were a pretty damn good side and in that World Cup
potentially from the outside in the pool games, it didn't look like we were hitting our straps, but we had a team that was so confident in itself.
And I guess when you're in that space, maybe a bit like what Serafka is at the moment in terms of rugby, like you're confident in how you play the game.
So you just turn up and you're like, hey man, I know this guy here, this guy here.
