Like this can't really beat running.

reformer in the garage I heard you're a big Pilates man yeah man after my back surgery I came back through yeah the Pilates reformer and geez it was amazing yeah amazing for me so it kind of kept my body intact yeah up till the end and so yeah right now it's something I should do more often but yeah it's definitely always there and always feel great when I get into it and have a go
Oh, man, I probably lost about 10 kgs.
I'm around 100, probably just over 100 at the moment, but I had been down maybe about 95 for those long runs.
And it's the first thing people say to you, eh?
It's the first thing, am I sick or something?
It's kind of how I was when I was growing up.
And naturally, every kind of off-season, right, you'd come back from tour, you'd maybe have a couple weeks where I wouldn't go to the gym and maybe you wouldn't do as much kind of or have all the supplements and things like that.
You know, I'd lose weight even though I was probably eating worse than I had done all season.
