it's 10 weeks of coaching there's a call once a week every call is recorded we want our clients to listen to the recordings and every single day for the duration of the coaching period they journal in an online journal with their coach so they're in dialogue with their coach every single day so the coaching is the same doesn't matter who the coach is but the seniority of the coach is what makes the difference in the pricing
