Again, my biggest expense is cost of coaches.
So, but that's a variable cost.
They get paid when they coach.
Again, it depends on how the client came in.
So if the client came in through me, then it's a 50-50 split.
If the client came through the coach, then it's a 75% split for the coach.
That's right.
Well, that's one way of looking at it.
I look at it as a team because we're all coaching the same way from the same platform with the same philosophy and process.
So, you know, it's very tight, it's very integrated and they're all representing one brand.
So it's a little bit different from a franchise because usually, you know, you think of, let's say a real estate franchise and each broker has their own kind of title.
Yeah, you know what?
My youngest is 16, but I've been doing this for a while.
So 16 to 22.
And I've been doing this for about 10 years.
I've been doing the business for 10 years and my kids are between the ranges of 16 and 22.
So I started this when my youngest was six.
and uh and and you know the question is how do you do it my philosophy is be where you are so when i'm at work i'm focused on work when i'm at home i focus on home and i share with them what's going on and you know i'm a coach so i absolutely share with them some of the coaching philosophies and practices that i use with my clients and so they're pretty open and they're pretty exposed uh they think what i do is super cool
But, you know, I'm an entrepreneur so that I could take time off this afternoon.
One of my kids is actually dancing at halftime for the Raptors, which is our basketball team.
