But the AFL released a statement last night.

As I say, the tribunal in general over the last week has had a period, well, two weeks.

Just you would want to forget that in a hurry.

Yeah, so they've completed their investigation.

Now, this was led by the head of football, Chris Davies, who we haven't heard from.

We've heard from the CEO, Graham Wright.

We've heard from the coach, Michael Voss, at length yesterday.

But Chris Davies has led this investigation.

This is, of course, into the events and the circumstances that led to Elijah Hollands playing in the manner that he did against Collingwood last Thursday.

The Blues last night filed that explanation to the AFL as the league had directed them.

And now, essentially, the club waits for the AFL's determination on this and whether it will and to what degree, if at all, it will be sanctioned by the league.
