But also getting to this place is...
a deeper form of relaxation than even sleep because in sleep REM sleep is quite active you're tossing and turning whereas this you're hovering between sleep and awakefulness like your mind is listening and still aware and you drift into sleep sometimes and you allow that because it's like I need this but when I even did the you know the study behind it I was like wait I love this even more and kind of the theory behind it is so interesting to be like oh this is a complete body relaxation and even when they bring you out of it you're like I'm good
I'm just hovering here.
Like I'm in this really gentle place that I never access.

So I did my very first fan event which incorporated meditation.
It was the first thing I was going to run through in the night and it was the first time I'd actually really done it to my audience.
And I had a plan.
Do the meditation, you know, center yourself, come into like what you want to feel.
And I feel like when you do meditation, things come up and you go, oh, I wasn't aware of that.
Then we went into a letter writing experience because sentimental letter is like a little tongue in cheek thing about writing a letter to someone.
So hopefully we tapped into something in the meditation.
They had content to write about.
And then I went into a performance and I was so calm.
That is the coolest event.
It was a Friday evening.
