This has got to be B, because I don't believe that Pearl Jam ever opened up for Nirvana.
And I certainly know that Eddie Vedder did not produce Limp Bizkit's first album.
Yeah, thank God.
So that's got to be B. You're right.
They sometimes labeled it drug music.
Which sounds right.
So a little history lesson in how the 90s went down, why this music became so popular.
Atlanta has a lot to do with that.
Because there was a radio station in Seattle, a college radio station, I believe.
And then there was a station in Los Angeles.
But here on the East Coast, 99X was our alternative station.
And it was the first station to flip into what they called alternative format, alternative rock or alternative format.
And a bunch of rogue employees at this radio station owned by Cumulus now, but by Dickey Broadcasting then literally got together and overnight found music from Seattle and other places that were being played in like college stations and, you know, under the underground scene.
God, they did that.
If you listen to the story of it, there's like literally a documentary that was made about this.
It's a shitty YouTube documentary.
But all the players involved, Leslie Fram and all these people were these program directors.
