The indictment says Thomas enlisted in the Air Force to get military training to carry out the attack, while Weisenberg joined a fire academy in Texas but failed out.

Weisenberg's attorney tells NPR the Justice Department's claims have, quote, some limited factual basis but are wildly misleading.

Lawyers for both men say they're pleading not guilty.

The Trump administration is asking the judge to lift her injunction so that it can deport Abrego Garcia to Liberia.

The West African country agreed to receive him on a strictly humanitarian and temporary basis.

But Abrego Garcia's lawyers argue he fears persecution or torture.

and that he should instead be sent to Costa Rica, which has also agreed to accept him.

Ebrego Garcia's very public legal fight has raised questions about due process.

The administration wrongfully deported him from Maryland to El Salvador in March, violating a judge's order.

He's filed a civil suit.

Meanwhile, Abrego Garcia is scheduled to be tried in Tennessee on human smuggling charges next year.

The new Doritos and Cheetos are called simply naked.

PepsiCo, which makes the snacks, says they're made with no dyes or artificial flavors.

And so they're lighter in color instead of bright orange.

Synthetic food dyes have been under extra scrutiny as the federal government's Make America Healthy Again initiative urges companies to get rid of them.

Kraft Heinz and General Mills announced earlier this year they're planning to remove artificial dyes from U.S.

products.

In April, PepsiCo said it would speed up its plan to shift to natural ingredients.
