Once you've done the work, it's really hard to connect with people who have not. So I think a big part of the healing journey. healing journey slash spiritual journey is realizing that not everyone is where you are and that's okay. And it's meeting people where they're at. And I think a lot of times when you have done the work, you can actually be an expander for someone else.

But it can also be difficult when you're trying to connect with someone romantically if they haven't. And I think it's okay to say that you don't want to get into a romantic relationship with someone who hasn't done the work. I... I think that's perfectly okay.
