And he's never been on a leash.
He's never been on a collar.
He's never left the perimeter of this place as he's grown up here.
And he protects it with his whole heart.
And so if anybody that isn't a player or a coach makes their way through, they're going to get greeted with what would be
probably to the, to the untrained person, a fierce bark, but ultimately he's just making sure that you're okay before you walk through the gates and you scratch his belly.
And he just, he's, he's part of the place here.
He's part of the family here.
He's here every day.
He's, he's lining coach back.
This is office now taking a nap.
it's one of the, I've never been around a dog that's been as familiar and comfortable in a baseball setting ever.
Um, he lays around a practice, never gets in the way and he's a yellow lab trained to like go get balls, but he, he, he doesn't do it.
He's just, he's part of, he's part of who we are and what we do.
And, um, he's always here and he's great to have around, especially for a player.
You know, if you're having some kind of a day, but you get dude walking up, you know, in between your legs, looking for a head scratch, it,
It kind of makes you feel better.
Like I said, he's part of the family, and we're happy to have him.
Yeah, he's a little reticent about doing that.
