have a belief in our coaching staff and our kids here and their abilities.
And so I'm not shocked that we're here either.
You know, I think part of the pitching has been the same all year, and that's Sawyer Allen.
He's worked pretty well.
I think part of it was, you know, Coach McFadden's done a really good job of continuing to build.
You know, depending on how deep you go into the numbers, we've got, like,
15 or 19 guys that have thrown 20 innings or more.
So there was some depth, and in a regional you need depth.
I think the regional we played in at Rogers State, the yard isn't really conducive to home runs.
So some of the big swings that can occur at some places didn't happen at Rogers.
That was a tough place to leave the yard.
So, you know, we pitched it.
Sawyer has led the way, pitched it really well.
The guys out of the pen really did a great job, you know, following him.
Grayson Chapel, you know, kind of flipped his role and did something different.
And he was great following Sawyer coming out of the pen in Game 1 in a tight game in that 3-0 game.
Trayden, Deloria, you know, a little freshman, you know, really stepped up and pitched well in Game 2.
And Carson Cooper, another freshman, stepped up and started in Game 3 for us.
And, you know, those guys each went.
Like, I think Trayden went three innings and Carson went two innings.
