And now that's why it's good to have friends like that because it's like, it's subconscious too.

I mean, if we were running early, we also lived in Miami.
So if we're running 20 miles, you can't be starting at 9 a.m.
because you're going to be running in heat.
So we would try to start running latest by 5.36 if we had a long run.
So sometimes we're waking up at 4.30 at the boardwalk by 5.30.
