Yeah.
And then I would cold tub and sauna.
Like, you know, I'd miss a day or two sometimes if I was really busy, but cold tub sauna every day.
And then Normatec boots on my legs.
Impressive.
And then I had to sleep.
So I was going to bed sometimes.
Sometimes I was in bed by 7.30, 8.
Yeah.
And I would try to prioritize sleep as much as I can.
You know, people would hit me up, want to go to dinner.
And they wouldn't even say want to drink.
They'd just be like, want to go to dinner?
And I'm like, I can't stay up till 10.30.
Yeah.
I got to be asleep by 9 because I got to wake up at 4.30.
And this is not something that you have to prioritize your sleep.
So I just cut out everything and it was full-blown train work.
When training's done, recover, sleep, repeat.
