And so we want to bank on the fact that we're putting on good accounts and that they stick and that our service is there where it needs to be. And we're there. But Ryan Smith, for example, put on a million, over a million dollars in new customer revenue. His commission chunk of that for the first year is 80% commission. So he'll probably have 15 per 10 to 15% of those customers cancel.
And so we want to bank on the fact that we're putting on good accounts and that they stick and that our service is there where it needs to be. And we're there.
