This is the third time I've done it because I'm totally into it.

It's like I feel well-rested, and this thing that we did yesterday was like a fire version, so it put a bit of fire in your stomach.

Yesterday afternoon, I accomplished so much in life.

What was the biggest thing you accomplished?

Oh, like I sent an email that I've been putting off for a little while.

Oh, wow.

I just sort of forward planned.

No, I got a star one day.

He was a star.

So pretty much what happened was Abby and I were dating for about two years and then it went through a bit of a rough patch near the end.

So I thought, stuff it.

I'm going to apply for Love Island, see if I can get on there and get a bit of fame and some Instagram followers and try and win the prize money.

And then obviously that just didn't go to plan.

So now I'm on the radio trying to get it back.

It was about six months ago, I reckon.

Nothing.

I've just been thinking about you lately and just thought I'd get you on here with Colin and Jackie and just see if we could get back together.

Oh, we'll all listen.

Sorry to ruin your morning, but I just wanted to call you and just say I'm really, really sorry about what I've done and I shouldn't have signed up to Love Island and even when we were going through our rough patch, we should have just spoken about things and worked it out.
