It's basically a big novel about, yeah, war, love.
It's fiction, I'm pretty sure.
And I just know it's, like, regarded, highly regarded.
I thought, okay, I'm going to โ so we did a WhatsApp group where we'd be checking in.
Like, you know, it was going to be our thing for the year, which I thought would be really fun.
So I got War and Peace delivered real quick and started reading chapter one.
And I reckon I got one and a half pages in and I went, no.
Yeah, I'll read you a bit.
This is in, like, the opening chapter.
These words were spoken in French one evening in July 1805.
That's when I pulled out too.
