We have very, very different groups of friends, that's for sure.

He's had a tumultuous life, a colourful one.
I figured, you know what, if I'm going to dedicate every single day to reading a chapter, I should do that with something I'm interested in at least.
So I said, I will do this challenge, but I am going to read something every day where I learn something instead.
Are you open to that, learning things?
Yeah, I actually did start to do that, actively seek out things that I was interested in and learning about.
Like, you know, I mean… Just one thing.
Okay, well, I know how dopamine works now.
It's so fascinating to learn how dopamine is fed to you in the brain.
No, I listened to this dopamine expert.
But that's for another day because it's so interesting that I'm going to do my own segment.
