Well, we're going to try something new, kind of a big boy drink in the sense that we're going to have steak.

tonight let's take so i'm making a version of a manhattan this is a pear manhattan oh so instead of the whiskey you're using pear brandy wow and sweet vermouth and angostura bitters so it's equal parts of brandy to sweet vermouth and it's one and a half parts to one and a half and then two to three drops of angostura bitters stir it in a mixing tin with ice

That's quite cold.

Serve it in chilled coupe glasses, and then you can garnish with a pear ball or a lemon twist, and I did a lemon twist.

And it does for me.

And the sweet vermouth pulls out the sweetness in the pear.

It's good.
