Yeah, having that underlying, it's okay, like to make mistakes, to mess up, you know, not putting too much pressure on ourselves because we're all just learning.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I think for me, that's a really important piece of, you know, there's no perfect.
And I know working with a lot of adults, the internal voice is perfect.
I have to do this thing or be this thing or look this way in order to be enough.
And when we strip it back, I think one of the most important things we can give children is this innate knowing that they are enough just the way they are, that their enoughness is not dependent on, you know, what they look like or the grades they get, all that kind of stuff.

that comes a lot through attachment and connection and all those kind of things, which is, you know, what I hope.
And it also is always in the back of your head, have I drunk enough water today?
Because how often do I say that to you?
You're like, I've got a headache.
I'm like, have you had enough water?

Okay, what – for both of you, what have you found – what do you find challenging about being a young person these days?
Like what are the things that are really hard about being young?
You go first because I think you're more fresh.
I mean, we're both obviously young, but you've just turned 18, so I feel like this isn't relevant.
I think that's the biggest misconception is especially in schools and
And young people is the kids that are acting out are ratbags and they're just doing this to get attention and really there's always something going on behind.
