Either that or get me out of the house.
So I do that probably the last 18 months, two years, really moved to strength training.
I am 44 years old, so perimenopause is rife.
And so I got my hormones checked and they were really out of whack.
I felt particularly about 18 months ago, like I watched back a video where I was doing my talking for shoes on set and stuff.
And, you know, doing the bad things that you do when you're younger and go, oh, I'll miss that meal and I'll just eat protein and it's just not the way.
And so now, you know, I'm very committed that it has to be strength training because my cortisol levels go through the roof just because
I think we'd already mentioned I can be Beyonce and make the hours go long.
But as you get older, you need to have enough sleep.
And if you don't have enough sleep, you need to make sure that you've got downtime to be able to make good judgment calls and not be stressed.
