I used to think, why am I feeling like this?
And if I look back, I actually think I had symptoms of some of these things after I'd had Elle.
And Elle's going to be 10 next month.
And I think that's the other thing as women.
We get so busy or we go, oh, this is just part of being a girl.
It's being a mum or we've got, oh, it's a period.
And do you know how many friends I've now got on to the doctors to go fix this?
Because what I noticed straight away with her diagnosis was, you know, you need to do the strength training and then prescribe.
Okay, you're lacking in estrogen and progesterone, so we need to get that sorted for you.
And I just feel like I've been a different person.
I also then went and spoke to somebody.
I spoke to my gym because they've got...
those facilities there to kind of go, what are the things I need to be eating?
I lack iron, which was explaining feeling fatigued.
So I just feel like when you get those things in line and then trying to couple that with, you know, not sort of taking on more than you need to.
