I've been working on Bex smiling at me for those that are watching.

Just say no because I would really say this and I've got better at it probably because I've had to because of the business.

I've got a team of six people.

Your bandwidth is not there.

And you guys know I'm the first person that if you need someone to talk, I'm there.

I'm actually better at other people's stuff than I am on my own.

But I also was like there was getting a point there where I was like I'm actually not looking after myself here and it's coming at the cost of –

the way I am with the people I care about the most.

So I'd be finding that like, whether it be with clients or, you know.

Family.

Family and things like that.

You're not your best version.

Absolutely.

And then you're not actually having meaningful conversations or you're not present.

You know, like even little things I've started to do now is like put the phone down.

Like, you know, when your kids are talking to you and,

You're seeing them.

You're looking at them.
