I'm just not, I don't, that's just my view of it.
I'm concerned that they haven't made any changes in the amateur scouting side.
And I think they need experience.
Like, I think they need executors because one of the other things, like, you know, you can say what you want about Rutherford's work, but Rutherford knew everybody, right?
He was very good at, like, getting information and sort of understanding where the angles were, whether or not you liked what he did with it.
Patrick Alvin, you can not like the scouting work or the moves themselves or the big picture understanding of where the Canucks were going.
But for the most part, I've very rarely heard any negative commentary about his abilities as an administrator, right?

And then Ryan Johnson was doing a ton of executing day to day too.
Well, you've gotten rid of like big picture relationships guy, guy who was doing a ton of work on the phones and was an able administrator and you've promoted Ryan Johnson and you haven't filled.
Like now you've got sort of who's executing right now.
Cause I get the sense talking to people around the league too.
Like the Canucks are a little bit underwater right now.
And that's a tough place to be.
I mean, they've got three weeks out from the market opening.
They hired Johnson almost a month ago.
And by the way, time is not equal, right?
