got a ravenous appetite he's 87 just turned 87 yesterday and um and he's fighting on you know we thought we were going to lose him late last year in 2025 but he's continuing to fight on and and just still has a lot of love to give and a love to share so i'm very grateful that my rock is still hanging in there he's not letting go anytime soon

When people ask me, where do you feel most at home?

I say the ocean.

process my pains, I heal my hurts, I celebrate my successes.

It's a place where I just go to experience a true sense of freedom.

What I love about the ocean and what I love about surfing is it continuously teaches me the art of surrender and surrender and acceptance ends all suffering.

It's a beautiful teacher because whenever I question my sense of belonging, all I have to do is immerse myself in the ocean and I'm right back home.
