Crazy.
It's been very side.
I take one to two weeks a month, uh, like in 40 to 80 hours, which to me is like a part-time job.

Sure.
So the basic idea came to me when I owned the IT staffing firm, but, uh,
You know, it's very difficult today to recruit top talent at your organization, especially top technical talent.
And when I was calling these people, recruiting them for other companies, they wouldn't return my phone calls.
You know, they're happy.
They're well paid.
They have interesting work.
So I tried something crazy.
I said, you know, what if I paid you a little bit of money?
And they said, you know, great.
Yeah, OK.
And to me, you know, I got the guy on the phone.
They're 20 bucks, 50 bucks.
It wasn't.
you know, incredibly expensive to do this.
