Uh, what I've done is give him some tips and he's kind of run with them himself, but he told me, uh, basically, you know, he expects to add over one and a half million in revenue with some of the tips.
And the idea is, uh, you know, some of the people you're working with today, you classify as a client or really a partner and every partner you bring on should bring on multiple clients.
So if you structure a program around treating your, the revenue streams appropriately, and these are sometimes called channel programs, indirect sales programs,
there's something incentivizing that partner for bringing you deal flow in the first place.
If you can figure out what it is and you can replicate it with other partners, you're going to grow much more quickly.
Yeah, so like I'll use an example of a publishing company and they're sort of an old brand.
But as we all know, publishing is sort of a unique industry.
What's the brand, Lane?
So I, again, nondisclosure, I don't want them to, you know, but, but I'll tell you this over four decades of experience in this case, they've, uh, uh, they, they've been around, everyone knows who they are.
And they're one of the problems that they're trying to solve is, uh, you know, the decline of sales year over year, uh, they've been losing 5% year over year.
When, when relatively the publishing industry as a whole has sort of, uh, figured out that they've, the decline has stopped and, and now there's, there's an opportunity to grow again.
But they weren't.
And so what I think they're going to do this year is post a 20 percent growth based entirely on the fact that there are programs that were using their niche publication for education and they didn't even realize it.
Right.
And so by furthering those relationships, by building more curriculum around what they were doing, this is going to this is going to help be a huge boon to their business.
Oh, I probably have half a million, I'd say.
Honestly, it's a side business.
Yeah.
Well, I've been living off the proceeds of the sales of the other businesses.
