And it is so used to just delivering for those groups of powerful people, those vested interests, those lobby groups.

They're just like boxed in.

They're just forgotten that actually people are really doing it tough.

They're having a shit time and that the government's job is to look after those people.

They're just in bed with the vested interests.

It makes me sick.

This is the best Liberal government that we've ever had and they're not even the Liberal Party.

Why and how does that happen?

How do they get bought by these corporations?

We have tried to change political donations laws for such a long time and it's really hard because they don't want to bite the hand that feeds them.

They don't want to turn off the tap.

It benefits them to be able to keep taking money from coal barons, from the gas giants, from the property investors, from the big banks and

from the big pharmaceutical companies.

Like if you think of all of the richest corporations, all of those industries are still donating to political parties, not the Greens because we don't accept their dirty money, but all the other political parties take their money.

And if you look in particular at billionaires like Gina Reinhart, she's now picked a new favourite in Pauline Hanson and One Nation and she's flying this lady around to spread hatred and racism and

while doing absolutely nothing to make anyone's life better or make anyone's bills cheaper.

And it's because it serves the interests of those billionaires to have people squabbling amongst themselves and blaming each other for the economic problems that we're all facing.

Because the real culprits are those very same billionaires and big corporations.

So it is an elaborate distraction and it is so cynical that they've got so much money to buy politicians and they're doing it to serve their own greed.
