Yeah, we wish.
Oh, we wish that we wish maybe we were the government and we could do something.
Yeah.
Yeah, it was really dismissive.
I think that was the most confronting thing.
Like there's a whole school of thought about should a Royal Commission happen or not.
We'll be guided by what the women's safety sector wants.
So far they've said actually we kind of know the answers.
We know we need funding.
We know we need funding for prevention programs and behalf
maybe change programs.
And we know we need money for crisis and long-term housing.
So we kind of like know the answers.
Do we really need the Royal Commission?
And so we've said, okay, we know what the answers are.
Let's just have the funding for that.
But I think how dismissive the Prime Minister was, was the thing that really graded with people.
It looked like he just didn't understand the seriousness of this issue and wasn't hearing the strength of sentiment.
And that's the bit that is not okay.
