So because we know there's an equation of generosity that causes the blow up of their business. So one company specific is two young guys that came to us at 21 and 23. They had started these sheds and hit COVID where everybody was trying to find places to store their stuff. And so they did pretty good. But then they came to us and they were going through bankruptcy.

And we happen to have a lot of business acumen to help people like that. So in less than nine months, we were able to get them to $13 million. And from $13 million in three years, we got them to over $70 million. But every time they would take a dip, it's because they stopped giving. Every time they got a setback is because they were messing with the equation of generosity.
