time, I think.
And what should investors be watching in the week ahead?
I'm Laura Bessarati.

At the moment, we're down by roughly a tenth of one percent.
So not a lot of movement happening on our market today.
And that means over the course of the week, we are on track to just edge slightly lower.
But if we zoom out a little bit, you'll remember this time last week, we recorded our best weekly improvement since October 2022 when our market surged by
around four and a half percent.

Yeah, all very good points, but I don't think Trump knows how to be subtle.
He didn't really hint at the war being over.
He used very harsh language.
He said the talks are going swimmingly, that's the word that he used, and it should be ending pretty soon.
But as we know, we did hear that towards the start of the conflict.
It's now heading towards its 50th day.
Of course, there's a ceasefire, but there's no peace still reached at this point.
