And I was like, why can't I deal with this?
And so I'm going to book an appointment with my GP to talk about it because I think there is obviously it is, as you said, like you have this response, this biological response in your body and it is very normal to feel a little bit more anxious when you have a baby.
But there is also a point at where it is not something that is normal and I think that's where mine has surpassed.
So I will ask for help for it.

It's unavailable because you don't have the time.
And you also can't then separate – like, for example, if the crying is really impacting me.

You can't – because usually you can sometimes, like, okay, this is causing me a lot of stress.
I'm going to take a break from it.
But you can't, right, if it's your baby.
So, yeah, thanks, Steffi.
And I just – I think as well for anyone listening, like, even if it's nothing, you're not postpartum and maybe you're just really struggling right now.
And it's just a reminder that, like, it is okay to ask for help.
And even if you have had a really good – I think sometimes when we've had a really good period, it makes it even harder because –
We're like, oh, no, I didn't need help during that good period or I got it ages ago and now I'm fine so I should be able to deal with it.
Like you don't have to do it alone.
And I think as well I was speaking to a woman the other day who struggled, who was on a very big journey with infertility to fall pregnant.
And she's struggling now and she has had her baby.
