And as I was talking to her, I really also then felt a lot of sympathy for her because I also think for women that have gone through – because for us, I mean, obviously, I have so much gratitude that we didn't go through infertility and have that list.
Oh, but it's a whole other level, right?
I think there's – I also just wanted to shout out to anyone listening that did go through infertility, has just had their baby.
Yes, and is feeling very guilty about feeling anxious or struggling, that that is also okay and it doesn't mean you don't love your baby and it doesn't mean that it's not the best thing that's ever happened to you.
It also doesn't have to be the best thing that's ever happened to you.
I just think sometimes the lead up to things put more pressure on things and then we feel like we –
like are less worthy of asking for help and that's not the case at all.
So please always reach out if you need.
And I think yes.
I think, and it's also wanting to probably, knowing myself, prove to myself that I was right.
And wanting to validate my decision.
But also at the same time, like while at the moment has been hard, I think what I'm very grateful for is I, my, I can, and I think it's because I have worked through my anxiety previously and the way I like to, or for me, what really helps in working through anything I'm dealing with is separating it from myself.
So my anxiety, I've always like identified as like this little, like at the moment I'm thinking about it like a fly.
It's like a cartoon fly with big eyes.
Like that's how I see it.
And it's swatted away.
