Honestly, no one has everything worked out.

Like nobody has everything worked out.

Like we spoke about the other week Michelle Obama –

She doesn't even have everything worked out.

And I feel like if Michelle Obama is still working through shit, we've got to, right?

We can't expect that we're not going to.

But it is just so easy to put.

And this is why also putting labels on ourselves is not always 100% helpful.

And that's what I'm kind of trying to grapple with at the moment.

Yeah.

And again, like for me, having final reflection on this is having the CEO title I think enabled me to hide a lot of my insecurities underneath that because I had the title.

So that kind of was self-fulfilling in a lot of ways for me.

In that, okay, well, even if I don't think I'm good enough, I have this title.

So the title is validating me.

And now I've been stripped of the title.

It's not validating me.

And I'm left with all of these cuts that I, you know, the title was like these.

God, my analogies suck.

But I'm thinking of a lot of Band-Aids, right, over my soul that the title held down.

But these Band-Aids are old because I haven't done the work for a while.
