There's a really nice dumpling place in Edinburgh.
So when I play Edinburgh, like it's called Dumpling Queen.
And, you know, it sounds like a cliche, but if you're going to any Southeast Asian establishment or any establishment, if there's Southeast Asian people eating in there, it's good.
And I've only ever seen like Korean people eating in there.
It's Korean owned, right?
These dumplings are amazing.
And then I just thought I'll get a side of broccoli.
It's literally a head of broccoli, minced garlic, or, you know, just finely chopped garlic.
So you just slightly char the broccoli, then add the garlic, then just add water so it just sort of steams.
Loads of salt, sesame oil.
So yesterday for dinner, we just had two heads of broccoli, all of us, and some just hoisin chicken.
And it was just the nicest dinner.
And the kids just love it.
It's a good way of just getting your greens snuck past your kids.
And there's Scotland, Glasgow.
Well, Glasgow Stand's moved now, but there was a really good steak place near there and I can't remember the name of it.
