So I feel like the relationships have gone in the right direction, and I've tried to talk to them and be really honest about things if they were bothering me. But it's a difficult line to tread, and I have to leave space for both of their parents who are, again, very involved. So I try to kind of stay in that role.

And if I've stepped out of that and been like, this would be a good idea, or obviously you should just take this away, it usually goes really poorly. It's easy to look at it from the outside and be like, this is a simple solution, but they're humans and they're figuring things out. And it's, you know, he knows them much better than I do at the end of the day. So I have to defer.
